If you’d like to request a specific color tone, please add the Color Tone Request add-on (+15%) at checkout and choose your tone.

If you select Monochrome, please tell me the single color you’re hoping for (ex: white, blush, yellow, peach, etc.).

You can also use notes for any other color specifics (ex: “no purple,” “mostly soft neutrals,” or “add extra herbs/greens if available”).

No add-on? I’ll design a beautiful farmer’s-choice mix using the best of what’s blooming that week.

Fox Island Flowers FAQ

When will my order be ready for pickup?

All orders are picked up at the Fox Island Flower Stand.
Stand hours: Fri 9:00am–7:30pm • Sat–Sun 10:00am–7:30pm

• Please allow 24 hours for weekend orders.

• Orders placed on Sunday will be prepared for next weekend’s pickup.

If you know your pickup time, message me—I’ll keep your flowers chilled and bring them out just before you arrive. If no time is specified your flowers will be at the stand 24hrs after the order is processed (during stand hours).

Your order will be labeled with your name.

Flower Care Tips

Flower Care (with or without flower food)

• Start with a clean vase and fresh, cool water.

• If you have flower food add 1 packet of flower food (or the amount listed) and stir to dissolve.

• Trim stems ½–1 inch at an angle before placing in water.

• Remove any leaves that would sit below the waterline.

• Keep flowers in a cool spot, out of direct sun, heat, and away from fruit.

• Top off water daily. Every 2–3 days, dump water, rinse the vase, and refill with fresh water + flower food.

• Re-trim stems every couple days for best life.

If the water looks cloudy: dump + rinse + remake with flower food.
If stems get slimy: wash vase, re-trim stems, and restart with fresh water + food.
If flowers droop: re-trim stems and give them fresh food water in a cool spot for a few hours.

What days are flowers available?

Most weeks: Friday–Sunday (freshest Friday). Hours can shift. I always try to post any changes on Instagram.

How do I pay?

We accept Venmo and cash at the stand. You’ll see payment info posted at the stand. (Exact change appreciated!)

Do you restock?

Yes! Since the stand is outdoors, I only put out limited inventory at a time and restock throughout the day based on availability. The rest can stay fresh in the cooler.

Can I preorder?

Yes! Preordering online is the best way to guarantee you get what you want for the weekend. If you don’t see what you need online, send me a message and I’ll tell you what’s possible that week.

What if you’re sold out?

If the stand is sold out, it usually means the day’s inventory has been scooped up. I may restock if availability allows, and Fridays are typically the fullest. For guaranteed flowers, I recommend preordering online.

Do you offer custom orders?

Yes! Custom bouquets and small orders are available based on my weekly availability. Send your preferred pickup day, budget, and any color notes (tone add-on required for specific tones).

How do I order for events?

For events (parties, showers, small weddings), send your event date, location, estimated quantities, and your color vibe, and I’ll reply with options and pricing.

Do you deliver?

Deliveries are available within Gig Harbor and Fox Island on Fridays from 9am -2pm for a $20-$30 delivery fee.
